Care Facility for Adults with Mental Retardation
(ICF-MR)
The ICF-MR
program is long term care for adults with developmental
disabilities. We have 3 different facilities that are ICF
MRs. Two of the programs are housed in 6 unit apartment
complexes. This allows
for our residents to be in the least restrictive environment,
while still having 24 hour supervision and staff assistance.
The other program is a 6 bedroom group home for women who need
more hands on assistance.
All programs include: case management, nursing, staff
assistance and supervision, bookkeeping, independent living
skills classes, transportation, assistance with meal
preparation, taking medications, hygiene, etc.
Criteria for qualifying:
1.
Over the age of 18
2.
Have a developmental disability (mental retardation, autism,
cerebral palsy...)
3.
No uncontrollable behavior
4.
No risk of elopement
