Techniques To Improve Mental Fitness, Physical Fitness and Self Confidence

The Academy of Universal Martial Arts (AUMA) is located in South Austin and offers a variety of programs for a wide range of interests, ages and abilities.   This presentation will focus on how each individual participant can improve one’s balance and coordination through a series of simple yet effective interactive exercises.  Each person will learn which technique is best suited to enhance their current level of functioning and improve self confidence.
