Home and Community-Based Services (HCS)
This program is designed to provide in-home services to persons who need assistance but who want to maintain the independence of a home setting and to be integrated in the community. Services provided are in areas such as residential assistance in the home or group home, case management, respite, day activity, speech therapy, physical and occupational therapy, dietary services, psychology, audiology, social work, nursing, dental, supported employment and assistance in finding competitive employment, adaptive aids and minor home modifications.
Types of housing available:
- Group Home
- Personal Apartment
- Family home with supports
- Foster / companion care
Criteria for qualifying:
- Have a developmental disability (for example, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy)
- Receive funding after being on waiting list
Payments accepted:
- Medicaid

Food Pantry
Good nutrition is necessary, but very expensive. Mary Lee residents typically live on $500-$700/month disability payments. $1 buys at least $4 worth of food for the Mary Lee Food Pantry.
