Intermediate Care Facility for Adults with Mental Retardation (ICF-MR)
The Intermediate Care Facility for Adults with Mental Retardation (ICF-MR) program is long-term care for adults with developmental disabilities. We have 3 different facilities that are ICF-MRs. Two of the programs are housed in 6-unit apartment complexes. This allows for our residents to be in the least restrictive environment, while still having 24-hour supervision and staff assistance. The other program is a 6-bedroom group home for women who need more hands on assistance.
All programs include:
- case management
- nursing
- staff assistance and supervision
- bookkeeping
- independent living skills classes
- transportation
- assistance with meal preparation
- taking medications
- hygiene
Criteria for qualifying:
- Over the age of 18
- Have a developmental disability (for example, mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy)
- No uncontrollable behavior
- No risk of elopement

Food Pantry
Good nutrition is necessary, but very expensive. Mary Lee residents typically live on $500-$700/month disability payments. $1 buys at least $4 worth of food for the Mary Lee Food Pantry.
