Mary Lee Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing diverse services and housing to adults with various types of disabilities. We are seeking a kind and compassionate Housing Manager for our facility that supports people with developmental and mental health disabilities.
Job Duties include but are not limited to: Attending to the needs of residents with disabilities, which includes setting up medical appointments; creating independent living skills classes; reviewing progress; advocating; assisting with getting jobs and reaching other goals; assisting with problem solving.
- Associates degree in a human services related field(i.e., social work, special education, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or sociology)
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Good criminal history
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Supervisory experience preferred.

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, frequent sitting, standing and walking, may be required for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting, bending down, and/or moving up to 50 pounds
