Clinicians
Alex Kostenko
Physical TherapistGrowing up in Ukraine before moving to the United States, Alexandr Kostenko developed a passion for helping others which led him to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England. He finds genuine fulfillment in working with clients who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, and orthopedic needs, always focusing on what each person can achieve rather than what they can’t. Alex believes the best therapy happens when you truly know your clients, which is why he values the one-on-one time our clinic provides to build real relationships and deliver personalized care. When he’s not helping clients reach their goals, you’ll find him hitting putaways on the pickleball court or relaxing at home with his wife and their pack of four dogs.
Lee Livingston
Physical Therapy Assistant(PTA)With over 10 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Lee brings both clinical expertise and a genuine passion for helping individuals build functional skills that support everyday life. Lee takes a practical, goal-oriented approach to therapy—focusing on what matters most to each person, whether that’s safely getting in and out of a car, walking with greater confidence, or regaining independence in daily routines. By making sessions fun and approachable, Lee helps clients stay motivated and feel empowered every step of the way. Life outside of work is never dull for Lee, who’s the proud parent of three boys. From family outings to everyday fun, Lee enjoys staying active and soaking up the small joys of daily life.
Leryn Davis
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(COTA)A recent graduate, Leryn brings fresh energy and the latest innovative strategies to support clients in engaging meaningfully in everyday tasks—whether that means returning to a favorite hobby, preparing a meal, or mastering essential self-care routines. As the mother of two young adults, Leryn brings not only clinical knowledge but also life experience, empathy, and a grounded perspective to her work. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and maintain a high quality of life through purposeful and personalized therapeutic interventions.
Skilled in working with diverse populations, Leryn thrives in collaborative, interdisciplinary team environments. She is known for her strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and commitment to client-centered care. Her special interest lies in working with adults and adults with IDD, where her creativity and compassion contribute to meaningful outcomes.
When she’s not working in the wellness center, Leryn enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, kayaking, or walking her dogs. She values time with family and friends and finds that staying active in nature helps her bring balance, energy, and mindfulness to her professional work.
