Intellectual Disabilities

Southpointe programs offer something at every level of care for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The purpose behind all Mary Lee Foundation programs including Southpointe is to maximize each client’s independence while providing them with the care and support they need. Because everyone is different, we offer a variety of program options to meet your or your loved one’s individual needs.


The Daybreak program is designed to provide supervision and activities for adults with disabilities.  Our focus is on community integration, teaching independent living skills and job skills. For more information click here.

Home and Community Based Services

The HCS program provides individualized services and supports to persons with intellectual disabilities who are living with their family, in their own home or in other community settings, such as small group homes. For more information click here.

Transitional Living Services

The Transitional Living Services program provides a successful alternative to institutionalization for adults with disabilities. For more information click here.

Intermediate Care

The Intermediate Care Facility is for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For more information click here.

Texas Home Living
