Lola Wright Foundation Awards $35,000 Grant – November 2012

Grant Will Fund Mary Lee Foundation Health and Safety Projects.

On November 30, 2012 we received grant funds from the Lola Wright Foundation. This grant will be used to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our residents by enabling us to maintain and update our properties. The improvements we will make to our community building will benefit not only the Mary Lee Community, but the various non-profits, organizations, and individuals of the Austin community that are able to use the space free of charge for networking, meetings, classes, and personal development programs. The education, resources, and information provided by these groups help so many people in our area. We are truly grateful to the Lola Wright Foundation and its Board Members for their continued support of our projects.
