The Remodel of the Mary Lee Foundation Food Pantry is Complete!

Residents and staff are celebrating the grand re-opening of the MLF Food Pantry. Many volunteer hours and donated building materials went in to this complete remodel of the pantry, including new metal shelves, fresh paint, a brand new floor, and LED lighting.

Each month, hundreds of low-income people cannot afford well-balanced meals for themselves and their families. More people face this experience each year. As the cost of living increases and government safety net programs weaken, the demand for emergency food continues to climb.
The Mary Lee Food Pantry, operating weekly, since 2002 helps to close the food gap for many of our residents, by providing staples, healthy fresh and frozen foods, as well as necessary household items, like dish soap and laundry detergent.
